Quality Assurance
Quality control is not just one person’s job but a way of life inside a company and thus a priority for all. The high standards of Asia-Link’s quality assurance department start with the factory following the guidelines surrounding their TS16949, QS9000, and ISO 9002 certifications. This ensures the customer that the samples and production product they receive are of top quality construction. After samples pass the factory inspection and before samples reach our customers Asia-Link conducts its own inspection to once again ensure the customer’s specifications are being met. For automotive customers, or when specified, Asia-Link is more than willing to submit P-Paps or meet other special requests. Continued quality inspections occur for the products we house in our 23,000 square foot warehouse. Accidents and mistakes happen in business, but with quick and accurate resolution all parties can return to normal operations. In the event that a defect is found Asia-Link responds within 24 hours with an acknowledgement of the issue. We contain current inventory in quarantine, alert production of issue and take action if needed. Resolution is usually provided within 5 business days and formal Corrective Action Report (CAR) is sent. Please click here to view a sample CAR. The Louisville Quality Assurance department is responsible for First Article Inspections, Finished Good Inspections, and Reliability Testing. We are also responsible for Corrective Actions (factory and supplier) as well as working with the factory to improve SOP's/SIP's when necessary.
